ORDERS
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via email.
 
When is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use USPS, UPS or FedEx ground shipping for all orders in the continental US. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days unless Next Day shipping options were chosen at checkout. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska also arrive in 3 - 7 business days; orders to US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada usually take about 2 weeks to arrive.
How can I track the status of my order?
Faye Nicole will email you a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is shipped. Most orders are shipped via UPS and can be tracked via their website. 
What if I place an order and Faye Nicole does not have the item in stock?
If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email. Your credit card/PayPal account will not be charged. You can also check the status online by signing in to your account and going
to "My Orders".
What is the size range for Faye Nicole?
Faye Nicole ranges from women’s US size 5 to women’s US size 13. However, some styles start at size 7.
BILLING & SHIPPING
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases, and when am I billed?
Faye Nicole uses PayPal  and Shopify to process all orders. It is one of the most simple and secure ways for
our customers to checkout. We do an authorization when the order is placed to verify that the funds
are available.
What shipping options are available in the continental USA?
All orders in the continental USA ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground unless the Next Day shipping
option was chosen at checkout for an additional fee.
When is my order shipped?
Most orders are shipped the next business day, but allow up to 3-5 business days for fulfillment. 
Can I ship an order to a P.O. box?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship everything via USPS and UPS and need a street address for
Delivery.
RETURNS
What is Faye Nicoles’ Return Policy?
Faye Nicole has a 7-day return policy. No refunds are given, only store credit. All shoe returns must be completely unworn and are
thoroughly checked upon return. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. E-mail info@shopfayenicole.com with any questions regarding your return.
