ALL PURCHASES MADE DURING PRE BLACK FRIDAY, BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY, & ANY SPECIALTY SALES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS! NONE OF THESE ORDERS CAN BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR ANY REASON! ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED THEY WILL NOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON.
PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE READ DESCRIPTIONS AND CONFIRMED YOU ORDERED THE CORRECT SIZES & COLORS BEFORE COMPLETING CHECKOUT. **
All orders containing a pre order item will ship when the pre order item is in stock. Please refer to the description of the Pre order item to know the estimated ship date of your order.** We do not ship items in orders separately as you are only charged one shipping fee at checkout. If you wish to have an in stock item shipped prior to a pre sale item, please make separate purchases. **
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-5 non-holiday business days. Once the items are processed, it takes 2-5 non-holiday business days to ship (depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout). Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Faye Nicole is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided. Please contact USPS or UPS directly if there are any issues with your shipping. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you agree to contact the shipping carrier regarding all issues related to shipping and delivery. You agree that the shipping carrier is responsible for the safe, timely, and appropriate delivery of your items. You will NOT hold Faye Nicole accountable for lost, missing, or damaged items upon delivery (or claims of non delivery, missing, or undeliverable items once tracking number shows movement). Faye Nicole does NOT refund, reimburse, or replace items that have been shipped and show that they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If you opt out of Signature upon delivery, Faye Nicole will be unable to assist in any matters related to the delivery of your package. If you choose ground shipping methods or any methods that do not include insurance of your package Faye Nicole is unable to assist with matters related to the delivery or reimbursement of your purchase.
All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees and taxes associated with your purchase.
RETURNS
All returns are subject to store credits only. If there is an issue with your purchase, you have up to 7 days after you receive your item to return it for a store credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back for return.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. If tags are removed or the item is not in the original condition (no signs of wear), your return may be invalid, and will not be honored. All returns must show tracking of "shipped" by the 7th day of receiving the items.
It is recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. Faye Nicole is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked.
All sale items are final sale and can not be returned for a store credit, no exceptions. This includes items purchased on a discount or sale. ALL BFCM, Holiday and BOGO deals are FINAL SALE & are not eligible for return.
Faye Nicole has the right to deny a return if we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear.
