Shipping & Returns
All returns are subject to store credits only. If there is an issue with your purchase, you have up to 7 days after you receive your item to return it for a store credit. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back for return.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. If tags are removed or the item is not in the original condition (no signs of wear), your return may be invalid, and will not be honored. All returns must show tracking of "shipped" by the 7th day of receiving the items. All items must be placed in a SHIPPING BOX or BAG and no labels or postage should be attached to the item or it's box/packaging.
It is recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier so that it can be tracked. Faye Nicole is not responsible for packages that are not received and can not be tracked. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, we recommend you choose a different carrier. Faye Nicole is not responsible for finding packages sent via UPS if they are held at the UPS facility.
All sale items are final sale and can not be returned for a store credit, no exceptions. This includes all holiday sales, promotions, and discounted items of any kind.)
Faye Nicole has the right to deny a return if we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear.

Once your payment is verified, your order will be processed within 1-5 non-holiday business days. Once the items are processed, it takes 2-5 non-holiday business days to ship (depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout). Once your item is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Faye Nicole is no longer responsible for a package after it is shipped and the tracking number has been provided. If a package says delivered, you MUST take this up with the local courier. Please contact USPS directly if there are any issues with your shipping.
You can contact USPS by calling your local post office (they will service your particular zip code). You will let them know the issue (Ex. Package says delivered but you cannot locate it). USPS will search for the package and/or open a claim.
All international customers are responsible for paying any custom fees associated with your purchase.
